BREAKING: Trump Disregards Supreme Court, Issues Ruling Starting Major Constitutional Crisis

The Trump administration has just issued new rules that are in direct contrast to the revised Muslim travel ban the Supreme Court reviewed on Monday.

According to the Associated Press based on a State Department cable, Trump is purposely defying and deceptively going around the SCOTUS ruling by now requiring a “close” family or business tie for the six mostly Muslim countries traveling into the United States.

He is making applicants prove a relationship with a parent, spouse, child, adult son or daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law or sibling in the United States.

In addition to that, the Trump administration is stating that grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, brother-laws and sisters-in-law, fiancees and other extended family members are NOT close relationships.

Basically, Trump is splitting families apart. According to Trump, a Muslim grandparent is now a threat to national security.

But, that’s not what the Supreme Court said Trump could do. They court’s unanimous opinion clearly said that the ban could not be imposed on anyone who had a “credible claim of a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States.”

This is likely to set off a constitutional crisis between the White House and the Supreme Court.

Previously, Trump had sought to impose a wide blanket ban on Muslims from practically everyone but the court struck that down. Now, Trump is doing it again in direct retaliation to the court.
