Today, millions of Americas who were going to lose their health care under the GOP’s disastrous Obamacare replacement plan are celebrating over the knowledge that the health care bill died in the Senate last night.
While Republicans are in mourning once again over their much resisted health care plan, one man refuses to accept reality and continues to push for it. Early this morning, Donald Trump got back on Twitter to point fingers and show just how delusional he is. Trump tweeted:
“We were let down by all the Democrats and a few Republicans. Most Republicans were loyal, terrific and worked really hard. We will return!”
“As I have always said, let Obamacare fail and then come together and do a great health care plan. Stay tuned!”
The way Trump is willing to blast Republicans who oppose him is insane. Last night Senators Mike Lee and Jerry Moran rejected the bill, which prevented the bill from passing. The rest of America is secretly praising these two Senators for actually having a conscience.
Trump’s tweet about Obamacare failing is also hilarious, considering that Trump and the GOP’s horrible replacement has made the Affordable Care Act more popular than it’s ever been!
A little over an hour later, Trump decided he had more to say. Completely admitting that the Republicans are losing on legislation, Trump said:
“With only a very small majority, the Republicans in the House and Senate need more victories next year since Dems totally obstruct, no votes!”
Keep an eye on Trump’s Twitter account today, because we have a feeling he’s going to be melting down all day long. Seriously, how many more times will Trump and the Republican Party try to pass their health care bill before they accept that Obamacare is here to stay? It’s getting really, really embarrassing for them!
