Trump Returns To Twitter With INCOHERENT Morning Rant

Yesterday we enjoyed a more than a 24-hours-long break where President Donald Trump posted nothing on Twitter. No one knows quite why he stopped tweeting, but I personally suspect he might have dropped his phone in the commode and had to wait for it to dry out. Or maybe that was the “calm before the storm”?

Two nights ago, during a press conference and photo op at the White House, Trump cryptically asked reporters, “You guys know what this represents? Maybe it’s the calm before the storm.” That seemed to tickle him, because then he repeated it again. When asked for his meaning, he simply replied, “You’ll find out.” When the reporters pressed for more, he dismissed them. It was pretty much typical Trump.

But then he vanished and stopped tweeting anything after two late afternoon retweets of coverage of his meeting in the Oval Office and a Stock Market update.

But now he is back on Twitter and this morning’s messages are not very decipherable. Anyone out there a master of cryptography? Where is Robert Langdon when you need him? Let’s give it go without him. He can join us later. Trump’s first and second tweets today (because he doesn’t have 280 character tweets yet):

Can’t believe I finally got a good story in the . It discusses the enthusiasm of “Trump” voters through campaign….

…contributions. The RNC is taking in far more $’s than the Dems, and much of it by my wonderful small donors. I am working hard for them!

The headline that made him so happy? “Trump supporters eager to ‘drain the swamp’ help fill Republican Party coffers.” The part that refers to small donors?

The RNC’s success with small donors illustrates how the Republican Party, long a center of the political establishment, has managed to turn Trump’s anti-Washington message to its advantage.

So there you have it. Trump is proud that his “anti-Washington” message is causing a surge of donations to the RNC. If you ever doubted that his goal was to destroy our government, you might want to rethink that. There has been no swamp draining going on. If anything, the swamp is full to the point of bursting. Trump is leading one of, if not the most, corrupt administrations in the history of this country.

Then he drifted off the road with his next two tweets:

His enmity toward comedians and late night talk show hosts is legendary — he hates them because he seems incapable of understanding rudimentary jokes. And he absolutely hates it when people make fun of him. But equal time? Our airwaves have been so one-sided with nothing but Trump for almost two years. Yes, most of it is anti-Trump, but perhaps he ought not do such nasty stuff?

Comedy shows have never been required to provide equal time to politicians. Public figures are fair game in their world, and great fodder for jokes. Fox News, another comedy station for most of us, is the only channel that consistently talks about trump in a positive light, which explains why he likes watching them so much. The rest of us will continue laughing at our fearful leader with his tiny hands and superiority complex that needs constant stroking.

His next tweet this morning seems to be a threat to Republicans in Congress that he is talking to the Democrat Chuck Schumer about health care. Nothing that Trump does really makes sense to most people. Aside from his intentional sabotage, ObamaCare was working pretty well. Did it need some fixing? Yes, as do all policies. They must be changed and modified as things change so that improvements can be made.

And of course, where would we be without the obligatory rant about #FakeNews?

After an absence of more than 24 hours, is it good to have him back on Twitter? To quote the Twitiot himself, “You’ll find out.”
